Looking for something different on your walls?! These days boring old magnolia paint just won’t cut it! Here are some great ways to use wall paper and a bit of creativity to make a feature wall and add interest to your home:

Draw the eye and create a talking point in any room by using a bold or bright patterned paper just on one wall. It will be a great focus for the space and lots of fun too.
Play with scale by employing an oversized or understated pattern. Particularly good for off-setting contemporary living room furniture try stripes or even circles.
Have a go at a craft project. Take the wall paper off the walls altogether and apply it to furniture for added interest and a three dimensional feel.
Add excitement to a plain and simple bedroom by framing a large area of wall behind the bed as a kind of ‘headboard’. Match the wall paper to the bedding for a coherent effect.
Set the tone. Bring together an interior design scheme around plain living room furniture by making a colour statement on your feature wall. Follow it through with accessories such as cushions and lampshades. And don’t be afraid to continue the trend into the kitchen and dining room.
